Finance Committee Meeting 1st April 2025 7.00 pm via Zoom

1. Minutes of last meeting (3rd March) - accepted

 

1. Action points from the last meeting.

Claire Lingard appointed as our Internal Auditor.

Acknowledge email from Unity Trust regarding possible delays in opening new accounts.

1. March transactions and bank reconciliations

 

OVW subscription; Church roof repairs via Charity a/c Bank reconciliations checked as correct by PM

1. Review the 2024/25 Audit timetable and Internal Audit.

 

Documentation has arrived from Audit Wales. When completed Annual Report to be approved by Council no later than June meeting and submitted to AW.

Internal Audit work is extensive and continuing. Still hope to present the report to the next council meeting.
