Action points from the last meeting.
No progress re activating our bank counter-signing process; sort out as part of the change in banking;

HMRC - situation resolved: the fine has been paid;
Unity Trust proposal accepted by council. No action yet, probably best to wait until the next financial year.
preparation for 2024/25 audit: quotes for a new internal auditor (see separate document)

February transactions and bank reconciliations
Two late invoices from OVW; PAYE payment; Churchyard contribution Bank reconciliations to be checked as correct by GW
